1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and maxim99 ("Platform", "we", "our company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the maxim99 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or other approved channels — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

Maxim99 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. 3. Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account at maxim99. Owning more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, email address, or device — is a serious violation and may result in the suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, maxim99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Required documents may include:

• A valid copy of MyKad or passport
• Bank statement or proof of address dated within the last 3 months
• Selfie with identity document
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily frozen until the verification process is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the member's name only. maxim99 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. • Owning or controlling more than one account.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Maxim99 support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements and any active bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
